What is in a Layout plan?
Walls and perimeters drawn to scale, rooms with labels and dimensions, openings, and stairs with direction. One sheet per floor, as PNG and JPG, in black and white.
What do I need to use it?
An iPhone Pro or Pro Max (iPhone 12 Pro or later), or an iPad Pro with a LiDAR sensor. Nothing else. You can view and manage your plans from any device.
Is Layout really free?
Yes. No subscription, no cost per scan, and no cap on how many you run. You can use the plans on MLS and in your listings.
What exactly am I signing up for?
An email from us when Layout opens up. That is it. You are not buying anything and there is nothing to cancel. We will confirm turnaround and file details before launch.
