Your pay will be inclusive of holidy pay entitlement which we accrue on your behalf from the first day you work through us on a freelance basis assuming you are PAYE.

In the case of PAYE workers from 1st October 2007, under the Working Time Regulations 2007 the minimum statutory leave has increased to 24 days per annum from 20 days. You accrue holiding pay from the first day you work on a freelance assignment at the rate of 10.17% of your basic day rate for each day that you work. We will accrue your holiday pay on your behalf. You will be obliged to let White Door know in adance that you are planning to take time off so that we can make arrangements to pay you your holiday pay. This holiday pay can be claimed at any time by you but not in advance of it being accrued.
