Every brief is different, sometimes we place people for a couple of days. More often, our assignment are for a couple of months or longer. Sometimes the freelance role is a stepping stone to something more permanent. It totally depends on the client, your skills and the market conditions.

When a freelance role comes in, we'll call you to discuss the role. In addition to finding you a role which matches your skills and experience we also try to find roles which are a good personality fit for you too, which is why we like to meet all the candidates we put forward for freelance roles as well as for permanent. We never send out cvs without your knowledge and we certainly won't force you to accept a role.

We will also advise you on what you can expect to earn if you are new to freelancing. Rates vary depending on your level of experience and the length and nature of the assignment.
