If we feel that your skills and experience match the typical roles that we cover, we will either ring you or invite you in to get a better understanding of you, your ideal role as well as what makes you tick so that we can work out where you could best fit.

When the right opportunity arrives, we'll call you to discuss the role - we'd never send out your cv without speaking to you first. We'll then make sure you are fully briefed and fully debriefed at each stage of the process. If all goes well, we manage all negotations on your behalf. We keep in touch each step of the way.
